Arnaud is a technology strategist with track record of successfully implementing major IT transformations in Financial Services (S.W.I.F.T.), Telco (Hermes Europe Railtel/GTS/Ebone) and Air & Travel Industry (SITA, Emirates). His experience which spans multiple territories, relates to Digital Workplaces, Service & Infrastructure Management, Operations, Software engineering, Customer Service and Service delivery in complex, large-scale, mission-critical IT environments. Arnaud and his team are responsible for the health of all IT services within the Emirates Group. This includes all business-critical services for the Airline as well as various IT services for dnata, one of the world's largest air services providers that offers ground handling, cargo, travel, and flight catering services across five continents.
He is also a passionate magician and performs all over the world. In IRSSM10, he will weave magic by sharing the wisdom he gained from his rich, varied and extensive experience.

Air Commodore Dusty Amroliwala

Dusty Amroliwala’s career has spanned a number of completely different sectors. From 27 years in the Royal Air Force, where he finished his career as the Government’s Director of Defence Diplomacy, to senior Director roles in the Home Office and the Cabinet Office. From 2001 to 2017 Dusty served as the Deputy Vice Chancellor at the University of East London, where he was responsible for delivering the key services across this modern University with some 18,000 students (both in the UK and overseas). Since January 2017, has been the Chief Operating Officer in VFS Global responsible for the Verification and Attestation Division as well as the Company’s education and health services.
In October 2015, Dusty was appointed by the Lord Chancellor to serve as a lay-member of the UK’s Judicial Conduct Investigation Office and continues to serve in this role. He has also spent many years working on Boards in the National Health Services, standing down earlier in 2019 as the Chair of the North Middlesex University Hospital Trust.

With experience in and passion for driving business transformation through innovation and technology, Sanjay led the Digital Transformation for Emirates Group involving the definition of new business models, capability and platform for the digital enterprise.
His pioneering initiatives include:
- Establishing the first Data Lake based platform for Emirates Airline to develop customer genome, airline genome, event genome and location genome using internal, external and orthogonal data;
- Blockchain based initiatives in the aviation industry to redefine customer experience, supply-chain and loyalty program;
- The first travel incubator in the region at DTEC, Dubai in collaboration with GE and Etisalat to crowdsource the best ideas to make travel simpler, better and more exciting.
He also developed a lean process within the organization to facilitate technology-based experimentation in collaboration with Universities, Start-ups, established brands and Emirates’ community. He spearheaded the development of Internet of Things and data based innovative solution for asset tracking and presented the solution at Cisco’s IoT World Forum.
He championed collaborative innovation and successfully conducted five hackathons in San Francisco, Singapore and Dubai, including the Skysurfer hack which is the first hack in the region for students aged between 8 and 13.
He is the Winner of the Innovation of Year 2013 award at Florida, USA and winner of the Terrapinn award for the best enterprise App 2012.
He is a member of the Advisory Council of Kinect, Microsoft.
He presented Innovation Lab’s key deliveries to the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum at Gitex, the biggest tech show in the region.
Dr. Marie Ibrahim DDS, MSc
Senior Executive, Research and Policy Development Dubai Health Care City Regulatory
Dr. Ibrahim has over ten years of experience varying between clinical education, clinical practice, healthcare regulation, and policy development.
She is currently responsible for the Research Department at the Regulatory arm of Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCR) where she leads efforts to fulfill its mission of protecting the rights and welfare of human subjects participating in research conducted within Dubai Healthcare City, the world’s largest healthcare free zone. Dr. Marie believes that research should be at the heart of policy development and implementation as a means to deliver practical and fruitful services to the public.
